Shoreditch is battling hard to preserve its status a the coolest place in London to live, work and play. The area offers an eclectic blend of restaurants, retail outlets, hotels and bars located in and around Hoxton Square and Great Eastern Street. Shoreditch High Street Station on the East London line extension opened in 2010 and has since enhanced the area, providing transport links to both northern and southern London suburbs.

Shoreditch is currently the location for a number of planned large scale developments to include Amazon’s new HQ at Principle Place, The Nobu Hotel on Willow Street, The Gansevoort Hotel and The Stage both on Curtain Road.

Future development sites include One Shoreditch High Street, Project Space, Shoreditch Village and The Bishopsgate Goodsyard scheme.
